Treasury Tutor : Biography

Wayne Andrews is Managing Director of Treasury Tutor FZE, a UAE-based financial markets training and
consultancy company he founded in early-2014. The firm has a number of key areas of specialization:

Exam preparation or tailor-made training programmes for Treasury personnel (front, middle and back office)
across the full range of financial market disciplines

Consultancy assignments for a wide variety of companies (from globals to SMEs) aimed at helping them manage
the risks associated with market volatility (e.g. advice on protecting themselves against the effects of adverse
      exchange rate movements)

Operational and procedural health checks, with particular emphasis on identifying aspects of operational and
systemic risk, including straight-through processing, front/middle/back office segregation, management reporting
      and MIS, etc

TREASURY TUTOR operates principally in developing and emerging markets, including MENA, sub-Saharan Africa
and Eastern Europe.

Prior to the founding of TREASURY TUTOR, Mr Andrews was Head of the Treasury & Investments Division of
Commercial Bank International ("CBI"). The principal focus of the division was to deliver money market and foreign
exchange services, along with tailor-made hedging and risk management solutions, to large and small companies
across the UAE. Mr Andrews also had primary responsibility for training staff across the whole bank in Treasury
products and services.

Prior to CBI, he worked as Regional Treasurer (Gulf & Pacific Rim) for Arab Bank PLC with overall responsibility for
the bank's Treasury functions in Bahrain (where he was based), plus UAE, Qatar, Yemen, Singapore and Australia.

He also worked in senior Treasury roles in Saudi Arabia in three spells totaling eleven years, including twice with
Saudi Hollandi Bank and once with Saudi British Bank who were his first employers in the Middle East when he first
arrived back in 1992.

Prior to this, he had spent fifteen years in the financial markets in London, including a six-year spell running the
Foreign Exchange and Money Markets desk for BZW Limited, which later evolved into Barclays Capital.

Mr Andrews has been a respected trainer of the Financial Markets Association's "ACI Diploma" and "ACI Dealing
Certificate" examinations since 1998. These are widely regarded as the benchmark qualification for Treasury
professionals worldwide, and he has been delivering training courses across the GCC and Africa since then.
ACI examination training courses are a key element of TREASURY TUTOR'S product range.

Outside his TREASURY TUTOR environment, he is a voluntary senior Anti-Doping official on behalf of the International
Rugby Board ("IRB"), and has overseen drug-testing programmes across a wide variety of sports and events.

He is a UK national who is married with two adult children.
